The market continues to fall. Prices continue to plummet and morons who over~price their listings get kicked in the teeth. It's really too bad that this site is now idle, now that all the fun is tarting with LA prices. We who have sat back and waited, cash in hand, for morons who overpaid for their houses will be able to come and swoop down on bargains. Those who don't like this, and consider it 'negative' better wake up and smell the coffee: there is no room for you here in the Southland and go back to whatever hole you dragged yourself out of. The stories and bloggers are 'negative' because no one wanted to believe that the market was artificially expanding. Witness the crash in the markets and the chaos we live in now. All you have to do to see the truth these days is to log onto your computer. Many people who started blogs such as this actually have stopped blogging, not because they failed but because they succeeded: we are now preaching to the choir. So to those of you who might take offense at the negativity of this and other real estate bubble blogs: why don't YOU do us all a favor and drive to Zuma, drink a gallon of vodka and swim toward Catalina Island. I am sure you can make it. Please show us how strong you are. Pretty please. *WEG*
