Sorry, Peeps. A lot has gone down here at May 5. Mr. Kate and I are going through some changes. Erm... that kind of sounds like he's having a sex change surgery, huh? Well, he's not. Sorry to disappoint. And I took a long trip to Italy that two words describe: "endurance contest."
And the market has just been limping along. I'm going to try to get back to posting real soon. That is, if y'all will forgive my absence.

Welcome back! Without you to cheer us on, we valley homeowners have no-one to commiserate (sp?) with as our neighborhoods tank.
My wife and honeymooned in Italy last year and it was a blast. People will tell you that you only need 3 days in Venice, but I disagree entirely: we spent a full week there and it was great!
